"Connected without internet" β€” means the router doesn't have internet. Check your WAN/ISP connection.

Seeing an error on the login page? β€” Click the "Troubleshoot" button on the login page to see exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.

"Keep Alive timeout" β€” The user went out of network range and lost connection. This is normal.

Under Activation β†’ Prepaid Users, check the "Disconnection Reason" column to see why a customer was disconnected.

When a customer gets disconnected, they can reconnect using any of these methods:

Just click "Sign In" on the hotspot page β€” it will reconnect automatically.

Click "Already Paid" and enter your username (it will be auto-filled).

Preferred: Use the M-PESA message to reconnect. Easiest for customers.

Force Reconnection: On the customer login page/Payment page scroll down and click troubleshoot so that we can see the exact error customer is facing. Useful when a customer is stuck.
